At Cowboy Pools, we want you to be completely satisfied with your backyard oasis. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original crates or boxes, ensuring all components, manuals, and hardware are included.

• 3.
  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger pool basins.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in new condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus applicable restocking fees.
